 Anthony Thigpen's passion for impactful storytelling began at age 13 while he was a paperboy, sparking a lifelong commitment to unearthing the stories that shape our world.  As a decorated Gulf War veteran, published author, and freelance photographer, he brings over two decades of journalistic experience to Autism Now News. Christina Hunyady-Potter is a dedicated Special Education Teacher with over six years of experience, bringing her passion and expertise to ensure that every student receives the support they need to thrive. Before embarking on her teaching career, Christina excelled in retail and corporate management, skills that now enrich her approach to education and leadership.

Christina is married and a proud mother of three children, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. This personal connection to special education deepens her commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Outside of her professional life, Christina is an enthusiastic plant collector and maintains a well-loved home library, reflecting her avid reading habits and constant pursuit of knowledge. She is also a memory keeper, scrapbooker, and photo enthusiast, capturing and preserving cherished moments with her family.

As an antique hunter, Christina enjoys the thrill of discovering unique treasures from the past. She and her family love traveling to cooler destinations like the Pacific Northwest and California, where they find inspiration and relaxation amidst the beautiful landscapes.
